We work primarily in Havana, where we are based and where we can offer both our decoration and coordination services at the level of quality that defines us. We also organize weddings in destinations such as Varadero, Viñales, or the keys, moving part of our team and suppliers when necessary. This may involve adjustments to the budget, but if the couple is ready for that kind of production, we’re always happy to make it happen.

 

How can I organize my wedding in Cuba if I live abroad?

Most of the weddings we coordinate are for couples who live outside Cuba.

We recommend making a preliminary trip not at the beginning of the process, but once we’ve advanced with the proposals and made the key decisions. That moment is ideal for meeting essential vendors and doing tastings. Still, it’s not a must: many couples arrive for the first time just a week before the wedding. During those days, we run all the necessary tests for what we’ve already organized remotely—makeup, food, final adjustments, and anything that requires in-person validation.

We don’t work with fixed prices, because each wedding has a different level of production. The cost of Aire de Fiesta’s coordination service is calculated in two parts: a base fee (usually between 800 and 1200 USD on average) and an additional percentage over the services being coordinated. This allows us to adapt the work to the size of the event, the number of guests, and the specific requirements of each couple.
