We work primarily in Havana, where we are based and where we can offer both our decoration and coordination services at the level of quality that defines us. We also organize weddings in destinations such as Varadero, Viñales, or the keys, moving part of our team and suppliers when necessary. This may involve adjustments to the budget, but if the couple is ready for that kind of production, we’re always happy to make it happen.

How can I organize my wedding in Cuba if I live abroad?

Most of the weddings we coordinate are for couples living outside of Cuba. We recommend making a trip not at the beginning of the process, but once we’ve made progress on the proposals and important decisions have been taken. That moment is ideal for meeting key vendors and doing tastings. Still, it’s not essential: many couples arrive for the first time just a week before the wedding. In those days, we do all the necessary trials for what we’ve already planned remotely—makeup, food, final adjustments, and anything that requires in-person validation. Having a trusted local team ensures everything flows safely and smoothly.

We don’t work with fixed prices, because each wedding involves a different level of production. The cost of Aire de Fiesta’s coordination service is calculated in two parts: a base fee (which typically ranges between 800 and 1200 USD) and an additional percentage based on the services being coordinated. This allows us to tailor the work to the size of the event, the number of guests, and the specific needs of each couple.
