Do you organize weddings throughout Cuba or only in Havana?
We work primarily in Havana, where we are based and where we can offer both our decoration and coordination services at the level of quality that defines us. We also organize weddings in destinations such as Varadero, Viñales, or the keys, moving part of our team and suppliers when necessary. This may involve adjustments to the budget, but if the couple is ready for that kind of production, we’re always happy to make it happen.
How can I organize my wedding in Cuba if I live abroad?
La mayoría de las bodas que coordinamos son para parejas que viven fuera de Cuba.
Recomendamos hacer un viaje previo no al inicio del proceso, sino cuando ya hayamos avanzado en las propuestas y tomado decisiones importantes. Ese momento es ideal para reunirse con proveedores esenciales y realizar degustaciones. De todos modos, no es imprescindible: muchas parejas llegan por primera vez apenas una semana antes de la boda. En esos días realizamos las pruebas necesarias de lo que ya hemos organizado a distancia: maquillaje, comida, ajustes finales y todo lo que requiera validación presencial.

No trabajamos con precios fijos, porque cada boda tiene un nivel distinto de producción. El costo del servicio de coordinación de Aire de Fiesta se calcula en dos partes: un precio base (que suele estar entre 800 y 1200 USD como promedio) y un porcentaje adicional sobre los servicios que se coordinan. Esto nos permite adaptar el trabajo al tamaño del evento, al número de invitados y a los requerimientos específicos de cada pareja.
