That’s why you should know that we have carried out the largest and most complex wedding setups in Cuba, coordinating multiple venues, large-scale technical productions, and the work of dozens of vendors, always with millimetric precision.
But we don’t only work on large productions. We also design small and intimate weddings with the same dedication, taking care of every detail so that they are unique and memorable.

We don’t think of wedding decoration as a collection of pretty pieces, but as a design that unites aesthetics and functionality.
At Aire de Fiesta we understand the event as a whole: the furniture, the lighting, and each element are planned according to the program, the needs of the vendors, and the experience the guests will live.
We do not depend on what the venue offers: we bring everything necessary for a complete setup, from tables, chairs, and lounge furniture to bars, dance floors, technical structures, always adapted to the conditions of the venue and the timing of the event.
Each proposal starts from your vision and the analysis of the space. Before defining the aesthetic part, we solve the functional part, for example, how many bars the space requires according to the number of guests or how the furniture should be arranged so that the service works well. Only then we make sure that your wedding decoration looks spectacular.
We analyze which lighting scheme will enhance each area —string lights, lanterns, hanging bulbs, chandeliers, or custom structures— according to the size, the use, and the timing of the program. From there, we create a project with plans, sketches, and visualizations that allow us to anticipate every detail and ensure that the final result not only meets but exceeds what was planned.

Floral decoration integrated into the ambiance
In our wedding decoration, flowers are not just a simple ornament: they are a key resource to achieve the visual impact that defines us. They bring style, color, and textures, always in coherence with the aesthetic concept of the event.
Each arrangement is custom designed, in collaboration with Islaflor, our partner florist in Havana, with whom we share standards of quality, aesthetics, and precision in execution.
The floral budget is one of the most variable. It depends on the type of flower —mostly imported—, the quantity needed to decorate each setting, and the technical complexity of the design. Creating low table centerpieces is not the same as assembling suspended structures or monumental floral compositions.
At all times we seek the balance between expectations and budget, ensuring that each floral element makes sense within the overall design and enhances the atmosphere we want to create.
Printed details that complete the experience
Also we design personalized stationery —menus, cards, signage, seating charts, table plans, and other graphic elements— ensuring that each piece is visually attractive and in total coherence with the overall design.
In addition to beautifying, they play a key role in the experience: they orient, guide, and facilitate the circulation of guests, integrating into the setup as another element of the ambiance.
