If you're thinking about celebrating your wedding in Cuba, this guide is for you. We've gathered the most frequently asked questions from couples who contact us and answered them based on our real experience organizing destination weddings across the island. Do you organize weddings throughout Cuba or only in Havana?
We mainly work in Havana, where our headquarters are located and where we have the best conditions to deliver both our decoration and coordination services at the quality level that defines us. From here, we frequently travel to other destinations, especially Varadero, where we’ll soon be opening a small local base.
We’ve also worked in locations like Viñales and the Cuban keys. While these are not our usual destinations, we can organize weddings anywhere in the country. When the project requires it, we bring part of our team, inventory, and often even our trusted vendors if we don’t find fully reliable options at the destination. This does increase the budget (due to travel and accommodation), but if the couple is ready for that kind of production, we’re always happy to make it happen.
What services does Aire de Fiesta offer?
Full planning and coordination: We support each couple throughout the entire process — from early planning to full coordination on the day of the event. We work with a trusted network of vendors, allowing us to manage every part of the wedding with confidence, efficiency, and quality.
Wedding decoration: This is our signature and our greatest strength. Events — especially the most exclusive weddings in Cuba — carry our stamp. We design spaces with attention to every detail and have our own furniture collection that reinforces our style and production quality.
Can I hire only the wedding decoration without the coordination?
It’s not the usual arrangement, as most of the couples who hire us are looking for a turnkey event where we can guarantee the quality of all the services involved.
However, we understand that in some cases it may not be possible to hire us for everything. If that’s your situation, we can talk about your event and evaluate whether it’s feasible for us to handle just the decoration.
Do you rent out your furniture for other events?
We don’t rent out our furniture independently. All items in our inventory are reserved for the events we design and coordinate, as they are part of Aire de Fiesta’s identity.
We work with high-quality furniture and make sure it’s in excellent condition at the time of setup. It’s how we ensure that every celebration reflects the level and style that define us.
Can I plan my wedding in Cuba if I live abroad?
Most of the weddings we coordinate are for couples living outside of Cuba. We recommend making a preliminary trip, ideally once the vendors and venues have been selected, to go over key details. However, it’s not strictly necessary — many couples travel to Cuba for the first time just a week before the wedding, and during those days we handle tastings, makeup trials, and everything that’s needed.
Having a trusted local team is key to ensuring the entire process is smooth, secure, and well executed.
What do I need to plan my wedding if I live outside of Cuba?
The most important thing is to share your priorities and expectations with us from the beginning. From there, we’ll guide you, select the right vendors, and move forward with the event design.
You’ll need to set aside time for video calls and conversations with our team during the planning process. Everything can be done remotely, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Depending on the type of ceremony, the requirements may vary. For a symbolic wedding, you’ll only need to coordinate with the officiant. For civil or religious weddings, you’ll need to submit documentation and complete the necessary legal or ecclesiastical procedures — and we can help you with that as well.

Do you only organize weddings or other events as well?
Although our website and social media focus mainly on showcasing real weddings — as this builds trust with many couples who hire us from abroad — we also organize other types of celebrations, as long as they align with our aesthetic.

Although it’s not a service we showcase often, we also organize quinceañera celebrations. They have a structure similar to a wedding — we take care of the concept, production, and decoration with the same standard of quality.
Can you send us your wedding offers or packages?
It’s one of the most common requests, but at Aire de Fiesta we don’t work with fixed packages or predesigned offers. Every wedding is unique, and we design it together with each client, tailoring every decision to their interests, priorities, and celebration style.
In Cuba, it’s common for wedding services to be offered in fixed packages, where everything — from the cake to the photographer — is included without the client knowing who is behind each service, the quality of what’s being offered, or how much each item actually costs.

How is a wedding budget structured with Aire de Fiesta?
At Aire de Fiesta, we don’t work with fixed packages — we create personalized budgets tailored to each project. This allows our clients to have full control over what they’re hiring and make decisions based on their priorities.
Each item in the budget — photography, video, decoration, music, furniture, flowers, catering, among others — is presented separately, with clear information on what it includes, who is responsible for it, and how much it costs.
This model allows us to work with flexibility, transparency, and a high standard of quality, tailoring each proposal to what each couple truly needs.
How much does it cost to plan a wedding in Cuba with Aire de Fiesta?
At Aire de Fiesta, we work within the mid, high, and luxury segments of the wedding market in Cuba. We understand that having a cost reference is essential when starting to plan. That’s why we’ve prepared a guide with estimated ranges to help you identify the most realistic starting point for your celebration.
These ranges are not fixed prices, but they help define the level of production and service that can be offered in each case. From there, we adjust the proposal and vendor selection according to your priorities.
Starting ranges for a 60-guest wedding:
Entry-level wedding entre $5,000 y $6,000 USD
With essential services, organized in specific locations in Havana.
- Lower mid-range wedding desde $13,500 USD
Also based on essential services, but with greater complexity, scale, and development in each area of the event.
Based on these base ranges, a per-person supplement would apply depending on the menu, beverages, and other services added according to the final guest count.

These three wedding levels are always quoted on a custom basis. The budget varies depending on the level of personalization, creative design, number of locations, logistical complexity, and the selection of vendors, services, and experiences included in the proposal.
We don’t work with fixed-price packages, but with custom-designed projects built from scratch based on your expectations.
