At La Guarida, one of the most iconic restaurants in Havana, Maricarmen and Alejandro celebrated their wedding. The couple enjoyed a unique day, entirely designed to their liking. They started with a First Look session in Havana and photos around the historic center, before arriving hand in hand at their ceremony.
Taking advantage of the restaurant's location with impressive views from its terrace, there was another photo moment for the couple before the wedding ceremony began.
In addition to the natural charm of this popular venue, the decoration included papel picado (a nod to Mexico) and floral arrangements with candles on the main staircase.
The celebration that followed featured live traditional Cuban music, cigars, and the joy of the newlyweds sharing with their family and friends. The terrace was the perfect place to create a relaxed and special atmosphere.
If the choice of spaces was a success, so was the distribution of furniture in the venue, creating cozy corners for enjoying food, drinks, conversations, and dancing.
