HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING IN CUBA WITH AIRE DE FIESTA COST?

At Aire de Fiesta, we work within the mid, high, and very high-end segments of the wedding market in Cuba. We know how important it is to have a clear idea of costs when starting to plan. That’s why we’ve created a guide with estimated price ranges to help identify a realistic starting point for each type of celebration.

These ranges are not fixed prices, as we don’t work with preset packages. Each service is quoted individually, based on the decisions made together with the couple. They serve as an initial guide to help understand the level of production and the type of services that can be included in each case. From there, we adjust every proposal according to your priorities and the wedding style you want.

Starting ranges for a 60-guest wedding:

Based on these base ranges, a per-person supplement is applied depending on the menu, drinks, and additional services included according to the final guest count.

Minimum-level wedding: between $5,000 and $6,000 USD

With essential services, organized in specific locations in Havana. This range corresponds to our most basic level, which is often above what other providers offer as a high-end option, because we work in a higher segment of the wedding market in Cuba.

Boda de nivel medio: desde $13,500 USD

Also based on essential services, but with greater scale, complexity, and development in each area of the event. At this level, we consider more varied locations within Havana and a production that, compared to the local standard, would be considered high-end by many.

Upper-middle, luxury, and ultra-luxury weddings:

At these levels, it’s not possible to set a single starting range, as there are too many variables and a higher degree of customization. The number of venues, the scale of the setup, logistical complexity, and the variety of vendors and experiences involved make each budget unique.

Additionally, in this type of wedding, cost differences between proposals can vary widely, as they depend directly on the creative design, the kind of experiences included, and the level of production the couple wishes to achieve.

DO YOU WORK WITH WEDDING PACKAGES LIKE OTHER COMPANIES IN CUBA?

It’s one of the questions we get the most, and the answer is no. At Aire de Fiesta, we don’t work with preset packages or predesigned offers. Every wedding is designed from scratch, tailored to each couple’s style, priorities, and expectations.

In Cuba, it’s common for wedding services to be offered as fixed packages, where everything is included—from the cake to the photographer—without clarity on who is behind each element or how much each service costs individually. We work differently, because we believe in transparency and personalization.

Each budget is structured with separate items: decoration, photography, video, flowers, catering, music, and more. This way, you know exactly what you’re hiring, who’s providing it, and how much each element costs. It allows you to make informed decisions and maintain real control over your event.

Thanks to this approach, we can deliver high-level results without limiting you to a fixed format or imposing services you don’t need or providers you can’t verify.

We mainly work in Havana, where our headquarters are located and where we have the best conditions to deliver both our decoration and coordination services at the quality level that defines us. From here, we frequently travel to other destinations, especially Varadero, where we’ll soon be opening a small local base.

We have also worked in places like Viñales and the Cuban keys. While they are not our usual destinations, we can organize weddings anywhere in the country. We move part of our team, inventory, and often even our regular vendors if we don’t find fully reliable options at the destination. This increases the budget (transport and accommodation), but if the couple is ready to take on that type of production, it’s always a pleasure for us to make it happen.

DO YOU ORGANIZE WEDDINGS ALL OVER CUBA OR ONLY IN HAVANA?

CAN WE HIRE DECORATION ONLY WITHOUT COORDINATION?

It’s not common, since most of our clients are looking for a full-service event where we can guarantee the quality of all services involved—not just the decoration.

However, we understand that in some cases it’s not possible to hire all services through our providers. If that’s your case, we can talk about your event and assess whether it’s feasible for us to take on only the decoration.

CAN I RENT THE FURNITURE?

We do not rent out our furniture or decorative elements separately. All items in our inventory are reserved exclusively for the events we design and coordinate, as they are part of Aire de Fiesta’s identity.

We work with high-quality furniture and make sure it’s in excellent condition at the time of setup. It’s how we ensure that every celebration reflects the level and style that define us.

HOW CAN I PLAN MY WEDDING IN CUBA IF I LIVE ABROAD?

Most of the weddings we coordinate are for couples living outside of Cuba. We recommend planning a trip not at the beginning of the process, but once we’ve advanced in the proposals and made key decisions. That’s the perfect time to meet essential vendors and do tastings.

Still, it’s not essential: many couples arrive for the first time just a week before the wedding. During those days, we carry out the necessary trials for everything we’ve already planned remotely—makeup, food, final adjustments, and anything that needs in-person validation.

DO YOU ONLY ORGANIZE WEDDINGS OR ALSO OTHER TYPES OF EVENTS?

Although our website and social media focus mainly on showcasing real weddings — as this builds trust with many couples who hire us from abroad — we also organize other types of celebrations, as long as they align with our aesthetic.

Corporate Events

We regularly work with major tourism and corporate brands in Cuba. We collaborate with hotel chains such as Iberostar and Meliá, as well as with Gaviota and the Ministry of Tourism.

Birthdays and private celebrations

We design exclusive family celebrations, carefully crafting every detail to create memorable experiences that reflect our style.

Quinceañera celebrations

Although it’s not a service we showcase often, we also organize quinceañera celebrations. They have a structure similar to a wedding — we take care of the concept, production, and decoration with the same standard of quality.

DO YOU ORGANIZE GAY WEDDINGS IN CUBA?

Yes. At Aire de Fiesta, we’ve been organizing gay weddings in Cuba long before same-sex marriage became legal. Today, we continue to support both symbolic ceremonies and legal weddings between same-sex couples.

If the couple prefers only a symbolic ceremony, we design a personalized experience based on their story, style, and wishes.

If they prefer to include the legal part of the wedding, we can also help coordinate all the paperwork required to formalize the civil marriage in Cuba.
