WHAT SERVICES DOES AIRE DE FIESTA OFFER?

Full planning and coordination: We accompany each couple throughout the entire process: from the initial planning to the overall coordination on the day of the event.

DO YOU WORK WITH WEDDING PACKAGES LIKE OTHER COMPANIES IN CUBA?

No, we do not work with closed packages nor predesigned offers.

Each wedding is designed from scratchadapting to your style, priorities, and budget.

In Cuba it is common to offer “all inclusive” without clarity about who executes each service nor how much it costs separately; we work differently: budget by separate items (decoration, flowers, photo/video, catering, music, etc.), total cost transparency and identified vendors.

Result: real control of the event and high-level quality, without limiting you to a fixed format.

It depends on the production. We have organized weddings in a few weeks, but the more design, customization, or special vendors it requires, better to start earlier (ideal 6–12 months; for large setups, +12).

Starting early prevents overwhelming the couple and allows us to secure the venue and vendors’ schedule; the first thing is to confirm that the date is available.

If you have already decided to work with us, book the date with a deposit: we have limited slots per day and some setups block several days on the calendar.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

We mainly work in Havana (headquarters), where we have the best conditions to offer decoration and coordination with our quality standard. From here we frequently move to other destinations, especially to Varadero (next location).

We have also worked in Viñales and in the keys; we can organize weddings anywhere in the country.

To maintain quality, we move part of the team and inventory and, when necessary, our regular vendors. This may increase the budget due to transfers and accommodation; if the couple is ready to take it on, we make it possible.

DO YOU ORGANIZE WEDDINGS ALL OVER CUBA OR ONLY IN HAVANA?

Although our website and social media mostly showcase real weddings —because many couples from abroad gain trust when they see complete works—, we also organize other celebrations when they align with our aesthetics and level of production.

Corporate Events

We regularly work with brands in the tourism and business sector in Cuba (Iberostar, Meliá, Gaviota, Ministry of Tourism), focusing on quality, visual consistency, and precise logistics.

Birthdays and private celebrations

We design exclusive family experiences, taking care of every detail to maintain consistency with our style.

Quinceañera celebrations

Although we don’t showcase them often, we carry them out with the same structure as a wedding: concept, production, and decoration under the same quality standard.

HOW CAN I PLAN MY WEDDING IN CUBA IF I LIVE ABROAD?

Most of our couples live outside of Cuba. We recommend traveling once we already have defined proposals and decisions made; that moment is ideal for meeting with key vendors and doing tastings.

It is not essential to travel beforehand: many couples arrive a week before. During those days we coordinate makeup trials, tastings, adjustments, and final validations. Having a trusted local team ensures that everything flows safely.

CAN WE HIRE DECORATION ONLY WITHOUT COORDINATION?

It is not the usual. Our preferred model is turnkey event, because that way we guarantee the quality of all services —not just the decoration— and we coordinate the outcome from start to finish.

If you cannot hire everything with our vendors, we can consider taking on only the decoration, case by case, according to technical feasibility, logistics, and schedule of the event. In that format, the scope is limited by contract and control over external vendors is restricted.

CAN I RENT THE FURNITURE?

We do not rent furniture or decorative elements independently.

Our inventory is reserved exclusively for the events we design and coordinate, because it is part of Aire de Fiesta’s identity.

We work with quality furniture and check its condition before each setup to ensure that every celebration reflects the level and style that represent us.

DO YOU ORGANIZE GAY WEDDINGS IN CUBA?

Yes. At Aire de Fiesta we organize weddings between same-sex couples in Cuba since before same-sex marriage was legal. Today we accompany both symbolic ceremonies how legal weddings.

If you only want the symbolic part, we design the ceremony tailor-made according to your story and style. If you prefer to include the legal part, we coordinate the necessary procedures to formalize the civil marriage in Cuba.
