QUINCEAÑERA IN CUBA

It is no secret that our work is mainly focused on weddings. They are the type of events we organize the most and that have the greatest presence on our social media. Even so, just as we carry out corporate events, we also organize quinceañera partieswith the same level of attention and commitment.

We might think that a wedding and a quinceañera are completely different celebrations. But if we look closely, the only real difference is the wedding ceremony.

Everything else can follow a similar structure: the dinner, the toast, the party, the photo booth, the entertainment, the decoration.
In fact, a quinceañera can have an atmosphere, productions, and services as carefully crafted as those of a high-level wedding.

That’s why, we approach quinceañera parties with the same vision and professionalismAnd when a family comes to us for a quinceañera in our style, we are excited to take on the challenge.

Just as we say there's no single way to have a wedding, there's no single way to celebrate a quinceañera.

This is how we organized Paula Marie’s quinceañera: a celebration that completely broke away from the traditional ballroom setup. Instead of the usual layout, we designed an open-air party, with the production level of a large garden event, featuring live music and pastel pink decor—delicate, but with a modern touch.

Two versions of the quinceañera (classic and elegant)

Emily’s quinceañera followed a more traditional style: choreography, waltz, and all the classic moments, but with a carefully curated and elegant production.

The celebration took place in the Cetros Hall at the Meliá Cohíba Hotel, with navy blue décor, tall floral arrangements, and chandeliers that added height and elegance to the space.

Ailyn’s Quinceañera

In the same Cetros hall at the Meliá Cohiba, Ailyn’s celebration embraced a palette of gold and champagne tones, with fairy light illumination and an elegant ambiance. Tree-like centerpieces with abundant foliage added volume and presence, completely transforming the room. A clear example of how the same space can adapt to totally different styles when there’s a well-defined vision.

Quinceañera garden party

Agatha wanted something out of the ordinary. There was no waltz, no choreographed entrance, nor the classic moments that usually define a quinceañera party.

She celebrated outdoors, in the garden of a house with classic architecture. We used a champagne-toned palette and a mix of vintage elements: flowers in teapots, old books, and oil lamps. The photo booth was a small wooden archway decorated with flowers.

The entire setup had an intimate and unique feel, and that’s exactly what made it special.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT QUINCEAÑERA CELEBRATIONS WITH AIRE DE FIESTA

What services do you offer for quinceañera celebrations?

The same as for any other event: coordination, design, and personalized decoration. Through our coordination service, we can manage everything else: DJ, catering, photography, video, entertainment, transportation... whatever you need.

Can I choose the decoration style or suggest ideas?

Of course. We start from your preferences, the color palette, and the style you want to achieve. We can help you define it from scratch or work from an idea you already have. The only thing we’re strict about: balloons. They're so overused we don’t even use them for children's birthdays.

Why isn't there more information about 15th birthday parties on the website?

Because most of what we publish is focused on weddings, which is what we do the most. But the work approach is the same: planning, design, and coordination. The only real difference is that there’s no ceremony. Everything else is handled just as well.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Ideally, between 6 months and 1 year in advance. But if you have less time, we can still help. What matters is knowing what we’re working with.

Who takes part in designing the party: the birthday girl or the parents?

It depends on each family. Sometimes they plan together, other times the family gives the birthday girl complete freedom. We adapt to the dynamic they prefer, as long as there’s a clear vision.

Can you also help with the photo session for the fifteenth birthday?

Yes. We can coordinate the pre-event photo session with Camila Photos, a studio in Havana that specializes in fifteenth birthday photography. They have a fresh, creative style and know how to make the birthday girl feel comfortable in front of the camera.

And what about the event photos?

Yes, we do. We work with our regular photographers and videographers, and we coordinate everything directly to ensure the most important moments are well documented.
