Wedding decoration in Cuba

At Aire de Fiesta, we don’t just talk about decoration. We talk about design, atmosphere, and full setup. What sets us apart isn’t just the style it’s how we bring it to life. If there’s one thing that has made us a reference in wedding decoration in Cuba, it’s this: creating cohesive designs where every element has a purpose, contributes to the whole, and transforms the space into something beautiful, coherent, and functional.

Concept design: everything starts with an idea

Every project begins with a personalized creative proposal. We listen to your vision, analyze the space, and define the style, color palette, and elements that will shape the atmosphere.

We don’t work with templates or fixed formulas, which is why we don’t offer standard packages. Every venue and every celebration requires a unique approach.

However, we do provide price ranges from the beginning. And once you’re comfortable with them, the design phase begins.

From there, we develop a full project with layouts, sketches, and visualizations that allow us to plan and anticipate every detail. Designers and architects take part in this stage with a double goal: to provide accurate pricing and, most importantly, to help you visualize the final result. The images we show below are examples comparing project and reality. This is how we present each area of your event during the design phase. And if there’s something we always say within the team, it’s this: our projects may look beautiful, but never more beautiful than the real thing. We design with the conviction that the experience at the event must exceed even what’s seen in the project.

At Aire de Fiesta, it’s a core belief: we always deliver more than we promise.

Functionality and aesthetics: the foundation of our designs

Before thinking about visuals, we think about how it will work. Every proposal is designed from an operational perspective—what the space needs for the experience to flow. Only then do we move on to the aesthetic aspect.
While other companies in the industry work only with what the venue provides, we bring everything needed to ensure a complete setup.

Our service includes tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bar setups, service stations, dance floors, DJ booths, technical structures, signage, photo backdrops, decorative lighting, and all the decor elements needed to create a cohesive and well-executed atmosphere.
It’s not just about placing pretty pieces: every element serves a technical, visual, and logistical purpose.
The amount of furniture, the type of bars, guest flow, vendor access, and service points — all of that is part of the design and depends on the logistical needs we identify with the event vendors —especially the catering team—. We don’t decorate just for the sake of it. We design setups that truly work—adapted to the venue, the event schedule, and its timing.
Because a well-designed event doesn’t just look good. It works well.

Lighting plays a fundamental role in event design.

Before deciding what type of lighting to use, we analyze the space’s characteristics: its size, its function within the event, the timing of each moment, and the elements that should be highlighted.
Only then do we define the lighting scheme. It may involve string lights, lanterns, hanging bulbs, chandeliers, or custom-built structures always aligned with the event’s style and the atmosphere we aim to create.

Floral decoration integrated into the event design

Flowers aren’t just another element in our designs — they’re essential to achieving the visual impact that defines us. They complement the event’s aesthetic concept, adding style, color, and texture.

That’s why we don’t work with pre-made catalogs. Each arrangement is custom-designed to harmonize with the setting and the event’s style. To achieve this, we work exclusively with Islaflor, our floral partner in Havana, with whom we share the same standards in quality, aesthetics, and execution.

This is one of the most variable items in the total budget. It depends on the type of flowers (mostly imported), the volume needed to cover different areas, and equally important the technical complexity of each design. Creating low centerpieces is not the same as building suspended structures or large-scale floral installations.

As with every other part of the process, here too we work until we find the right balance between expectations and budget.

And we do it without losing sight of what matters most: that everything makes sense within the overall design.

Prints and stationery: coherence in every detail

We also create custom prints and stationery as part of the event’s visual design.

From menus and cards to signage, seating charts, and graphic displays for photo backdrops or welcome points — everything is custom-designed.

We ensure that the design is in harmony with the rest of the décor, adding structure, aesthetics, and a personal touch to every element.

What you see… and what you don’t

The value of our work isn’t just in what looks beautiful — it’s also in everything that makes it possible.

Behind a beautifully decorated wedding are hours of planning and design, highly trained setup crews, structures that may not be visible but hold everything in place, and technical coordination that ensures every element is where it should be — and working as it should.

That’s why the price we give you isn’t just a sum of decorative items — it reflects a full production, carefully planned to ensure your event runs flawlessly and looks spectacular from the first moment to the last.

What doesn’t always show in the photos we share… is exactly what makes the difference for the guests at the event.
