Aire de Fiesta is the leading company in weddings and events in Cuba. With headquarters in Havana and presence in Varadero, we have been the reference in the sector for more than a decade.
OUR VISION
What made us grow and keeps us as leaders is the vision of our founder, Ailed de Guevara, who from the beginning set out to prove that in Cuba great events could also exist with international standards.
At that time there were no large-scale weddings, and it was us who began making them possible. We heard many times “you are crazy”, and yet, that was the key: not settling for what existed, but opening new paths. That spirit continues to guide our work, with the goal of bringing Cuba closer and closer to the international stage and of designing events that are not just setups, but memorable experiences.
OUR STRENGTHS
Without a doubt, a great strength is having our own inventory that makes a difference: furniture, bars, platforms, dance floors, lounge areas, pergolas, food stations, tableware, glassware, lighting and so much more. Everything an event needs to take shape, along with what is not seen but ensures that everything works: from bar equipment to technical and service solutions.
Now then, what truly sets us apart is the ability to bring those resources together with a great human team. In large productions we can deploy more than 50 professionals just for setup, not including catering or coordination. And during fair seasons we have provided furniture and decoration logistical support for events of more than one thousand people, being able to handle several of them in the same week. That requires preparation, leadership and a solid team behind it, in addition to the inventory.
OUR TEAM
Each area is covered by specialists: coordinators with training in tourism, a setup chief who is an engineer, event designers who are architects, and the most renowned florist in Cuba as a permanent ally.
With us you don’t hire one person, but complete teams in each area, each with support and under the same vision. That ensures that an unforeseen issue in one front never affects the overall result, because each function is in the hands of different and dedicated professionals.
