The recommended way to contact us and receive an initial quotation is to complete the Request our Services form on our website, although we can also do it through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In both cases, we will need you to comment the type of service you require (Planning, Decoration and Flowers, Photography or Bar & Catering), the date and time, venue and number of guests.
Once you tell us your requirements and you send us some inspiration images, we will give you an initial quotation.
To book the date and start working on specific proposals you will be asked to pay an initial deposit which will be deducted from the final cost. If you select a date that is already booked in our calendar, the cost could be higher, which is why our recommendation is that once you decide to work with Aire de Fiesta, you make effective the deposit to ensure our services.
